Return Policy
14-day satisfaction guarantee. All shipping fees and international duty/tax are non-refundable. If in any instance a refund is granted, paypal and credit cards will be refunded in DKK, Euro or USD at the exchange rate effective at the time of the refund. The cardholder assumes all responsibility for any fluctuations in exchange rate and/or fees levied by their bank. In order for us to provide the best customer service, any concerns regarding orders must be received in writing within 30 days of placing the order or 14 days within delivery of the order.

Purchase for Personal Use Only
Buyers may purchase products only for personal use and not for resale. By placing your order, you certify that you are purchasing products for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.

Shipping
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or Freight Forwarders. Please allow up to 7 business days for order verification and processing, and an additional 10 business days for delivery*.
All domestic orders are shipped DHL, UPS Ground or FedEx. International orders (to select countries) are shipped with TNT, UPS, DHL or FedEx. Shipping fees are calculated as flat-rate per country and may include additional fees calculated on a per item basis and determined by order weight. Fees may include an additional handling charge.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged shipments. Customers are responsible for paying additional shipping and handling fees to have the order re-shipped, if available. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier. Please contact us with any questions regarding UPS claims.

International Duty and Tax
International customers may incur additional charges at the time of checkout. International Duty and Taxes are calculated according to country and included in the order total at the time of checkout. The buyer is responsible to pay for all import Duty and Taxes prior to shipping. We will transfer the fees we collect to UPS or DHL to process your international shipment.

Reservation of Limited Editions
Limited Edition s

are only available in a limited edition. Due to high demand, limited editions will be released quickly and can run out from one day to the next. 

Charlotte O. Cph reserves the right to reject orders of limited editions if the order size exceeds the number of limited editions. Here, it is done on a first-come, first-served basis. Charlotte O. owns all rights and reserves the right to publish selected works in several different sizes and on different types of mediums (e.g. but not limited to: canvas, paper, wood, metal, t-shirt) as limited editions editions. For example, a limited canvas print can later be released as a limited edition on paper of a different size.

Cph Website and purchased by you is not as described, your sole remedy is pursuant to our returns procedures and policies.

VENUE AND CHOICE OF LAW
These Terms and Conditions and any counterparts, amendments, or revisions thereto shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Denmark, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws. Any case, controversy, suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, in connection with, or related to this Agreement shall be brought in a court located in Denmark.

These Terms and Conditions are the complete statement of the agreement of the parties with respect to the subject hereof and supersede all prior agreements and understandings between the parties hereto with respect to the subject hereof. In order to be binding, any amendment or modification of this Agreement must be effected by an instrument in writing signed by the parties.
